When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To improve route recommendations and connection quality, we may process approximate location information. This information is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Shendeng VPN's network; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service notices such as security updates, account messages, or important product changes.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services or Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share personal information except when: 1. Required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory process; 2. Necessary to protect users, the public, or platform security; 3. Working with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You may stop app data collection by uninstalling the App through your device settings.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable period afterward. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such data is discovered, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect user information.
